The Cat and the Fox, the adorable Blue Fairy, the terrible Whale, the thoughtful Geppetto, the wise Talking Cricket: you will meet all these characters on a journey that will make young and old dream about…

 A DAY DEDICATED TO PINOCCHIO, BETWEEN THE PLACES OF THE LIFE OF ITS AUTHOR AND THE PARK OF COLLODI!

The morning is spent rediscovering some Florence spots that have marked important moments in Carlo Lorenzini's life, the writer known by the pseudonym of Collodi. A plaque commemorates his birthplace in via Taddea and, a short distance away, a nice bronze by the sculptor Thomas Cecchi depicts his Pinocchio. You will therefore have the opportunity to get to know the author more deeply, and also the man in his time. Later, accompanied by a guide, you will visit the monumental Cemetery of the Porte Sante, where Lorenzini rests.

On board a comfortable minivan you will then reach Collodi, the small town where Lorenzini's mother was born and from which the pseudonym derives. In a short stop you will be in front of villa Il Bel Riposo, where, as a guest of his brother Paolo, Carlo stayed for a long time and let himself be inspired by the amenity of the places and by those who came into contact with him for the future adventures of the wooden child. Once in Collodi you will be amazed by the beauties of the garden of Villa Garzoni, that garden which Lorenzini himself helped to take care of and make prosper.

After a stop for lunch, the guide will accompany you in the exploration of Pinocchio Park: reading some passages of the novel will alternate walks in the paths where you will meet the characters of the fairy tale, for a truly unique experience!

Children will be able to immerse themselves in the story, live it, become part of it and adults will be able to rediscover one of the stages of their childhood.
