Terms and conditions

To book tours and guided tours:
Made of Tuscany offers a wide range of tours and guided tours with professional tour guides in Florence and throughout Tuscany.

All our services can be booked online by filling in the form. By filling in the booking form on the website you will receive a tour voucher at the e-mail address indicated. The voucher will show the details of the reservation with name, date, time and place of the meeting.

Please print the voucher and hand it to the professional tour guide who will accompany you during the tour.

Cancellation policy of regular and private tours:
From the reservation up to 48 hours before the start of the tour: 100% refund to the customer
After 48 hours before the start of the tour: 100% to the organizer

No refund is due for customer delay, no show, tour abandonment or loss of relationship with the guide for any reason

Cancellation must be communicated only in written form by e-mail to: info@madeoftuscany.it

If the museum is closed due to a strike or staff meeting, you can use the booking voucher of the guided tour for the next day or you will receive a refund of the tour.
