Crossing the Vasari Corridor at night: exclusive evening walk in the extraordinary corridor finally reopened to the public!
A guided tour by night lasting one hour, during which we will dedicate ourselves only to the discovery of the "Medici path", which overlooks the Ponte Vecchio, under which flows the river Arno.
The perfect tour for those who have little time in the city, but do not want to miss the opportunity to walk along what was once the passage used by the great figures of the De' Medici family, to get from Palazzo Pitti, "royal" residence, to the Palazzo Vecchio and vice versa.
But let’s take a step back: closed to the public for security problems in 2016, the Vasari Corridor, today, and more precisely since the end of 2024, has been finally reopened to the pleasure and enjoyment of visitors.
Designed by the Grand Duke of Tuscany Cosimo I de Medici, the Corridor is an architectural work signed by the famous multi-faceted artist Giorgio Vasari, who completed the works in just 5 months, in 1565.
Its length is more than a kilometer, and the purpose of its construction was to allow the Grand Duke to move between the buildings away from the eyes of the public and the common plebs.
The "Prince’s path" is a unique artistic wonder in the world, as well as the perfect location to create a special moment, to celebrate an anniversary, live an experience with friends and relatives, to dedicate an unforgettable moment to your deepest self.
You will be enchanted by the breathtaking view and the inimitable perspective of Florence observed through the Vasari Corridor.
